The Qutoof Al Khair Health and Community Association provides primary healthcare services in the Az-Zawayda area. After the Al-Amal Health Center in the Al-Maghraqa area was destroyed, the association established a health center in the Az-Zawayda area. The center includes several clinics, including: - A gynecology and obstetrics clinic - A nutrition clinic - A general medicine clinic - A laboratory and pharmacy Numerous medical centers have also been established throughout the cities and villages of the Gaza Strip Governorate.
The Qatouf Al Khair Association provides many relief support and care services to families with special humanitarian needs
Within the framework of psychological health safety, the Qutoof Al Khair Association provides many protection and psychological support activities for children, their families, and all segments of society.
Qutoof Al Khair works to provide safe spaces for voluntary educational services to compensate for the educational loss caused by the war. In addition to educational services, it has introduced a psychological support and counseling services program.
The Qatouf Al Khair Association provides a variety of services to orphans in cooperation with its main partners, including sponsorships, in-kind and financial assistance, and other support.

The Al-Amal Health Center was established in the Al-Maghraqa area to serve the local population. At the beginning of the aggression, it was destroyed, along with all of its equipment and facilities. Consequently, health services in the Al-Maghraqa area were halted. However, we did not stop providing medical services and established medical points to continue providing them. Subsequently, the Al-Amal Health Center in Al-Zawaida was rehabilitated, a suitable location was rented, and medical equipment was acquired. Despite limited resources, we were able to bring the center back to life with its new look.
