With generous funding from the Humanitarian Excellence Society in Kuwait, the Procurement Department of the Qutoof Al Khair Association announces a tender for the supply of hot meals for displaced families - Iftar Sa'im. This invitation is open to all qualified, locally registered, and specialized suppliers who have the capacity to supply according to the terms required in the tender document. Those wishing to apply must meet the following conditions: 1. The bidder must have the necessary licenses to operate from the relevant authorities, be registered with government agencies, and have previous experience in similar activities. 2. The bidder must be able to issue tax invoices and financial claims when the financial payments submitted by him are due. 3. The bid must be valid for a period of no less than 30 days from the deadline for submitting the bid. 4. The Qutoof Al Khair Association is not obligated to accept the lowest bid and reserves the right to cancel the bid without giving reasons. 5. Companies interested in this tender may obtain a copy of the tender documents at the association's headquarters, Zawayda - East of Bir Abu Salah. 6. The preliminary meeting will be held on Thursday, February 26, 2025, at 10:00 AM. 7. The deadline for submitting bids is Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM. 6. The price bid must be submitted at the headquarters of the Qutoof Al Khair Association. Bids submitted after the deadline specified above will not be considered. 7. The bid envelopes will be opened at the headquarters of the Qutoof Al Khair Association in the presence of representatives of the companies submitting the bid, on the same deadline. 8. The Qutoof Al Khair Association reserves the right to cancel the bid without giving reasons. 9. The Qutoof Al Khair Association reserves the right to resubmit the bid in its current form or to add amendments without giving reasons. 10. The advertising fee will be borne by the successful bidder.
