Qatouf Al Khair Association announces a tender for the supply of medical devices and equipment

The Qutoof Al Khair Association announces a tender for the supply of medical equipment as part of the project to supply Al Amal Medical Center with medical equipment, funded by the Arab Fund for Economic and Social Development. Registered companies wishing to participate should obtain a copy of the tender documents at the following address (the headquarters of the Qutoof Al Khair Health and Community Association located in the Central Governorate of the Gaza Strip - Az-Zawayda - east of Bir Abu Salah). The tender documents can be obtained from the Procurement Department at the association's headquarters during official business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., subject to the following conditions: 1. The applicant must have the necessary licenses to operate from the relevant authorities, be registered with government agencies, and have previous experience in similar work. 2. The applicant must be able to issue tax invoices and a certificate of non-deduction at source, if applicable, when the financial payments made by the applicant are due. 3. The offer must be valid for a period of no less than one month from the deadline for submitting the tender. 4- The bid is divisible. The association is not obligated to accept the lowest bid and reserves the right to cancel the bid without giving reasons. 5- The bid price is $100, non-refundable. 6- Bids are subject to separate technical and financial evaluations. 7- The preliminary meeting will be held on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at 12:00 PM, at the headquarters of the Qutoof Al Khair Association in the town of Al-Zawayda. 8- A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid value must be attached. This bond must be in the form of a bank guarantee or a certified check from a recognized bank in the name of the Qutoof Al Khair Association. The guarantee is valid for 120 days from the bid submission date. 9- The deadline for submitting bids is Saturday, March 8, 2025, at 12:00 PM, at the association's headquarters.
